- Federal Income Tax Returns with Schedules for previous two years (please sign).
- W-2 Forms for the previous two years.
- Pay stub from last pay period.
- Checking Account statements for last month. Note: We need copies of all pages, not just the first page.
- Savings, Investment, IRA's and 401 K statements (most recent). Note: We need copies of all pages, not just the first page.
- Homeowner's Insurance Policy on subject property.
All Borrowers, as applies:
- Signed purchase contract (new purchase)
- Gift letter if source of down payment on new purchase is a gift.
- Corporate or Partnership Federal Tax Returns for previous two years (please sign).
